The technician follows the guided activities, from rodent control to monitoring, picks the products used and has the client sign on the screen. The report reaches the office for approval and the client downloads it as a PDF, with your company's logo and in their own language.

The stock updates itself
When the technician ticks an activity, PCO Suite works out the product used from the item's standard dose and deducts it from the central warehouse. In the product record you store active ingredient, registration or authorisation number, photo and safety data sheet.

Before you start
How long is the trial and what does it include?
45 calendar days from registration, with every module, no limit on technicians or clients and 1 GB for files. No payment card is needed. When the trial ends your data stays viewable; to keep working you buy the licence from the app.
Does it really work without internet?
Yes. Data is stored on the device and syncs with the server as soon as the connection is back: the technician can fill in the report even where there's no signal. A connection is needed for the first login, payments and file uploads.
Where is the data stored?
On Supabase servers in Ireland (European Union) and, for files, on Cloudflare R2 in the European Union. Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored only as a fingerprint and each company's data is kept separate from the others, also at database level.
How do I pay and who issues the invoice?
You pay from the Licence section of the app, by card or with the other methods offered at checkout. Sales and invoicing are handled by Paddle, our authorised reseller, which applies your country's taxes and sends you the invoice.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the Licence section. The contract is annual and renews automatically: if you cancel at least 90 days before the renewal, it ends at the end of the current year. The deadline is always shown in the app. Afterwards your data stays available read-only.
Does it work outside Italy?
Yes. The app is in 9 languages, reports come out in the client's language, public holidays for attendance are downloaded for your country and product registration numbers follow local rules (biocide authorisation in the EU, EPA in the USA).
